Terms and Conditions

All Personal Training sessions for individuals, couples and groups are valid for 6 months on receipt of payment.
Personal Training sessions must be fully paid for in advance.
24 Hours notice is required to cancel a Personal Training session. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the client losing that planned session.
If Podium Fitness cancel a session, that session will be re-scheduled at a mutually convenient time. No additional session will be gained.
Personal Training sessions are non-transferable to any other person.
All Personal Training payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Payment for all Group Fitness sessions must be paid in advance.
Group Fitness sessions are non-transferable to any other person.
Group Fitness sessions cannot be deferred to another activity or later date, unless the session has been cancelled by Podium Fitness.
Podium Fitness reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Group Fitness session at anytime.
Any unused Group Fitness sessions past their expiry date cannot be used or transferred to another class.
All Group Fitness payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Full payment for Corporate Fitness Training programmes must be paid in advance.
Corporate Fitness sessions / events are non-transferable to other companies.
24 Hours notice is required to cancel a Corporate Fitness Training session / event. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the company losing that planned session / event.
Podium Fitness reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Corporate Fitness Training session / event at anytime.
All Corporate Fitness payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Special Offers are available to new clients only with in a 5 mile radius of postcode RG1.
Only one Special Offer per client is permitted per block booking of 10 Personal Training sessions or more.
A free consultation is included with every Special Offer.
Special Offers are non-transferable to any other person.
All Special Offers are vaild for 6 months on receipt of payment.
Podium Fitness reserve the right to withdraw any Special Offer at anytime.
All Special Offer payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

All Gift Vouchers include a free evaluation and are valid for 6 months on receipt of payment.
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable to any other person.
Gift Vouchers are valid within a 10 mile radius of postcode RG1. Outside of this radius will incur an extra cost agreed between the purchaser and Podium Fitness.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All Gift Voucher payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
