If you’re looking to get fit and have lots of fun doing it, you’ve definitely come to the right place. We always strive to create a relaxed atmosphere during our sessions whilst offering motivation and positive encouragement to get you to work to your own maximum ability, but this is not military fitness. After all, who wants someone shouting in their ear every minute?

We want you to look forward to every session, not dread it. We get to know you, find what makes you tick – then we devise a training plan around you. It’s a tried and tested technique which yields amazing results with virtually everyone we work with. We also specialise in large group coaching in Bracknell and Reading.  Harnessing the collective energy of a group can produce remarkable results.

Podium Fitness is run by Paul Jones. A keen triathlete, Paul’s interest in fitness developed after a severe knee injury. Undertaking a lengthy rehabilitation process, he learnt much about the capability of individuals to achieve their fitness goals given the right approach. Since his recovery, he has completed eleven Ironman triathlons and competed in the 2015 Ironman European Championships.

As well as being a personal trainer, Paul is a nutrition advisor and a certified Hatton Boxing Academy instructor, and holds the following qualifications. 

  • CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Instruction
  • CYQ Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity
  • CYQ Level 3 Award in Instructing Outdoor Fitness
  • BTF Level 2 Triathlon Certificate
  • Newton Running Coach Certificate
